Mr. Staubus graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business degree in finance in 1991. He began his 27-year financial advising career by working for firms such as Madison Securities, Oberweis Securities and LaSalle Street Securities. In the late '90s, Mr. Staubus built an on-line trading company with Madison Securities that eventually was sold to Oberweis. This gave him extensive experience with back-office operations and investment banking operations. In 2016, Mr. Staubus became an independent advisor dealing with high net worth clients and advising on all aspects of financial markets. To give back to the community, Mr. Staubus runs one of the largest youth lacrosse programs in Northern Indiana. He is also a member of CrossPoint Community Church and spends much of his off time traveling to watch his three sons play multiple sports.
